Bad Service not impressed

My mom who is 86-Mrs AA van Rensburg-paid for a 6 month subscription to the You magazine
She has had no delivery for TEN weeks-and no re-imbursement
Endless phone calls with all sorts of promises have come a big ZERO!!!
this mag is the highlight of her week as she is too old to drive-hence the subscription-she has done this for amny years
What else must we do!!!
