I am appalled by the service given by this company. I was contacted in May 2012 to add a listing on the electronic yellow pages, I was told that a listing would be placed with information that I give them as well as my company logo and photos. On the 28 May 2013 I sent an e-mail to Alex Pit with the details that I wanted on the web listing including company logo's and images. I then received an e-mail on the 29th with a advert proof for the for the yellow pages which I had to sign and sent back, I never signed this proof nor sent it back as there was a error on my e-mail address that I made aware to Alex. I then on the 1 July 2012 received another e-mail Alex with the link to my site, I was again not impressed as nothing that I wanted was on the site. We are a heavy duty, commercial trailer repair company but on the site they have images of caravans and trailer parts, my company logo does not reflect anywhere. I once again contacted Alex and was assured that this will be rectified. I never heard anything from them and I also didn't follow up until two weeks ago when I realized that I have been paying R 400.00 p/month for the same site that I complained about.
