Refuse to return monies for non delivery

This company takes money in advance for Ferrari models and now, one year later, still no models. It's impossible to talk to a manager (they are in a meeting), they do not respond to e-mails.
When I asked for their address to go and sort the problem, the answer was: we (customer care?) are not allowed to give our address. Looks like aI can kiss my money goodbye.
