Reader's Digest
Sending books and I must pay???

I received an email from Readers Digest containing links for their products. I clicked on a link to see what it's all about and all of a sudden I am being bombarded by books from them???
Now I received an email to say I owe them money after numerous emails I have sent to them requesting what is going on and WHERE I signed that they can send these useless material to me?
NO response???
Can someone please get in contact with me in this regard? I phoned and I am placed on hold for 20minutes!!!
