Failure to deliver online content

The electronic delivery method indicated that the magazines would be available immediately when payment was received. This was not the case.

The time I had to page through the magazines are now waisted as I had to physically drive out to buy the items resulting in duplicated payment for the same stuff.

If you business is not mature to be on-line, keep off.

It is an insult to the intellect of your subscribers to fail to deploy an effective and easy to use system for product delivery and meeting your requirements set.

The call centre is also not available.
