I still need a written confirmation of such refund as I have lost my total trust in your company, and I also want to know as to from when is your promised refund calculated from as the illegal debits have been happening from 2011 @R355.00 per month. This confirmation letter is needed by end of business today (27/05/13) by the aggrieved party's attorneys who have instituted legal action against me.
