I have written / faxed / e-mailed my complaints many a time. NO feedback. I am being billed for a magazine to which i did NOT subscribe on a continual basis. It was a once-off trial period... yet I am being billed without my express permission. NOWHERE did I indicate that the magazine is to be sent to me for the rest of my natural life. ALL my letters are ignored. ALL my e-mails are ignored. The website does NOT give proper South African contact details!! (no wonder...!!)
Even unopened: Customer service is merely 2 words in a foreign language.
They have fraudulantly taken my subscription money every month and ignored all requests to pay me backand stop the subscription.
I am most upset by this.
