I bought a bed from Russel's in 2011. i recently lodge a complaint about the stitching having to bust on the pillow top (not only in 1 place but all around the bed) & the bed is sinking on 1 side. a bed Inspector came & he did what he had to do & left. i know get a call from MONICA GOVENDER who does not know how to speak & does not even know what bed i have or anything telling me that i need to R1165.03 to get a new bed or i just have to go in store & buy another bed. i have paid nearly R7000 for this & they say it comes with 10 years warranty but we have to pay even if its not our fault. i want someone that's higher than this MONICA to call me asap. if i don't get any feed back i will go to Wendy Nola & the papers for this!!!
