My son had an accident at 1am on the N3. Richard towed the car "to be written off", but waited with my son (an hour and half wait) till I could get there. Richard kept me up to date and gave me instructions on where to find them. His first words were "your son in okay -" I cannot thank this man enough for his compassion and understanding and for going "the extra mile".
