Service Unacceptable

I have a session on the 16 March 2013 and i ordered a Foundation which they didnt have in stock on the day and promised to deliver it the next week. so i paid and off i went.

I have been calling and sent email (see below) wand nobody has replied my email. amd worse no one has contacted me i have to call them.

All i want is my MONEY back.
