I purchased tickets to the T20 match to be held on the 1st March, however was cancelled due bad weather. The following week we were informed of a refund process and that an admin cost would be charged. ( to get your own money back ludicrous!!!). The lady at the ticket office informed that credits would be passed by the 24th March.By month end I had received nothing. I called again last week that the credit would be done on Friday past. Still nothing and not so much as a email or and to communicate to us whom were affected. Simply unreasonable, do you suppose I could get my money back before Christmas perhaps?
