I am a student with unemployed parents. Logie refused an appointment for my bleeding and very ill dog in the past..When she finally did and I got to the SPCA she asked me very personal and embarrasing questions. She screamed at me. The Doctor was kind and asked for me to bring my dog back to be spayed. I was charged such a high price for Consult and medicare after all that torture. Today Logie refused to make an appointment for my dog to be spayed after agreeing to a provisional appointment first. She picked up my details on the computer suddenly decided she can't..She was rude to my mom. Many like me have had problems with her and the SPCA Durban. This is not a free service and the fees are the same as a private vet. I have to work part time at a bar to support my pet. I told her that my dog is bleeding and dogs are coming into my yard to mate with her athough she has given birth 7 weeks ago. Logie was not interested and her conduct is disgraceful. I have the conversation recorded. She is a bully and so rude. An investigation needs to be taken as to why I am charged so much, what notes are on my account to treat me so badly and why does she get to decide who can visit the SPCA??
