I placed an order for facewash and day moisturizer via the internet on 10 april 2013 and paid it. A lady from Isabella Garcia's office phoned me the following day asking me if i'd like to buy a hamper and pay it off over 8 months. i agreed and asked her to cancel my previous order and to deduct the money, i paid already, from my hamper amount. On 15 April 2013, i got an email containg my invoice and saw that my fisrt order wasn't cancelled and the amount was not deducted as agreed. I sent an email back explaining the situation. Not 5 minutes later Jackie phoned me and arranged for me to deduct the money and to cancel my fisrt order. She was very friendly, helpful and understaning. She is definitely an asset for Isabella Garcia.
