Me and my husband are both smokers. We perches - 4 to 5 cartons of Camel Activate a month. In the past this has happened before and when I laid a complaint I was told that U could not do something about it because I did not keep the evidence (faulty cigarettes). So this time I have kept sum of them! We have been getting loads of cigarettes that did not have the menthol activate bubble in the filter. This is so disappointing! We have found more than a full pack (20) that did not have the menthol activate bubble in the filter from the cartons we had last month. We are really considering changing to another brand.
