I purchased 2 packs of camel activate on thursday the 22nd of August 2013. from the 2 packs, I was surprised that there were a total of 3 cigarettes in which the filter did not have the menthol ball. At first I pondered and said maybe it is a once off case, but when I came upon the third one which was the last one in my box I was very upset seeing as camel is a premium product and I have paid a premium price for it. I have kept the filter of the last cigaret as proof and I would really like someone to get hold of me asap. A camel activate without the menthol ball is as good as a light circuit with a broke switch.
