We have a subscription for the delivery of City Press, but have not received a paper for 6 weeks now. Every time we phone and complain they say "Sorry, we'll look into it", but nothing happens and no delivery. It is also very time consuming phoning them as you just hold on for ages, until you get fed up and hang up.
