I visited the Belhar post office on 2 April 2013 at approximately 12:30 to collect registered mail. There were six clients ahead of me in the queue. The problem is that only 1 staff member assisted the queue and when I enquired as to where the postmaster is the lady at the window upruptly responded by saying here isn't one. I only left the post office at 13:20. This is riduculous and completely unacceptable. Train staff, fire and or rehire if needs be to render an effective and efficient service to the community. This is however not the first time I receive such service/attitude from staff at this particular post office. Furthermore, the ventilation is as putrate, there's forever bad odours lingering in the air which completely unhygenic.
