Following up on a my last report, Tuesday 12 Mar 2013. Mobiles plus has phoned me, 13 Mar and said that Mtn's assessment was wrong and they will collect the phone and cancel the 2 contracts! We are at the end of the month 31 Mar 2013 and I still have the phone and now a new complaint! Mtn has taken the monthly fee and the contract was not cancelled! What was all the phone calls and emails for? Nothing happened yet! Phoning mtn doesn't help and mobilesplus will say that my problem is with mtn! Thank you hellopeter for helping me so far but sorry to say need your help again!
