Apparentaly I pay yearly for membership to Extreme Lifestyle, yet have never joined or receive a membership card or agreed to anything nor do I know how you got authority/permission for a debit order. Did anybody notice that all of us complaining are FNB clients?? I want all my money back asap and won't hesitate to take this matter further. I went back on banking records and have been a " member " for the last 4 years!! This is!!! Why is this company still operating? Why is there never paperwork/policy?? Yet I had a call today telling me I quilify for even more! Please do not give me a standard response, and have somebody with answers to contact me
