NO CONTACT INFO, UNAUTHORISED DEBITS

I am not aware of ever signing any contract with this company, and thinking that their SMSes were spam, I just continually deleted their SMSes. I was shocked to discover today that they have been deducting R99 per month from my cheque account since 2011. I don't even have any idea what products I am supposed to have received from them. They bank with Standard Bank. My bank advises that the debits relating to my supposed contract with this company probably began when I took out a new cellphone contract in 2011. That means Autopage Cellular would be involved as well. I want to terminate the arrangement with Extreme Lifestyle immediately, but there are absolutely no contact details on their website. I also want proof that I signed up to allow them to debit me every month. If they can't provide it, I want all the money back from the past two and a half years. So now you want me to say I am a bona fide customer: I didn't choose to be, but they keep sending me SMSes.
