Having had a heated argument with this company regarding my previous complaint, during which I admittedly was harsh and impatient, the company and I put our swords aside and are now resolving the issue in a more positive manner.
They have taken steps to have an assessor come to my house to look at the damage on my furniture and determine the best place to send them for repair and restoration.
I would like to extend my thanks to them for being understanding of my hot-headed-ness (This is not really a word...)
