We are continually fighting with Checkers regarding our cigarettes not being available. Today the manageress showed us her orders as she is trying to meet demands for our area and all the problems appear to be from JTI South Africa not meeting the order dates prescribed by themselves and Checkers.
We have not generally been complainers, however, with service deliveries continually getting worse from all hope that Hello [URL Removed] will help turn things around again.
