Hi. Please can someone let me know when i can expect this parcel that was posted to me on the 13th of Feb. it is still showing as Cape Mail (Hub) on the system, and no movement at all. i have phoned the call centre with no success, i have sent emails to your customerservices email address, NO response whatsoever. i need to know exactly where this parcel is and when we can expect it. i know that there's been an illegal strike, but surely the consumer shouldnt suffer due to the your internal issues. i work for a customer based company too, and we NEVER make our problems those of our customers. please give me some feedback on my parcel, other than your generic "we apologise for this and please send email too..." story. thanks
