I have been in the process of renovating my home. I decided to install a new swimming pool. When accepting the quote from [URL Removed] I was promised that the installation would take a maximum of 5 working days to intall. To date, i have never come accross lazier workers. They arrive on site late and leave whenever they feel. Everytime they are on site, they feel that reading the newspaper is more important doing their work. When contacting their superviser I was told not to tell them how to do their work. I am paying these people a lot of money to install my swimming pool - not to on the grass and read the newspaper and "go to the shops" all day. The truck that the said company is using is also leaking oil all over my brand new paving. They promised not to park the vehicle on my driveway, and yet for the past three days, that vehicle has been parked in my driveway - still leaking oil onto my paving.
I have never in my life come accross a more incompetent comany and area agent (Juan - Kempton Park) and would strongly RECOMMEND AGAINST ANYONE USING THIS COMPANY to install or fix a swimming pool.
