I recently had the misfortune of conducting business with Rapid. A deposit was made in connection with a business registration. After money was received I was later informed that the product special that was offered was no longer available. After consultation with my partners we decided to request a refund.
This happened approximately one month ago, and we still await refund. Nondumiso (manager) has been absolutely pathetic. Her promised return of calls never occurs and countless excuses are given after each and every phone call.
I will do my utmost best to spread the word of this poor service and ensure as many future customers as possible do not conduct business with Rapid.
Their lack of professionalism and business ethic is disgusting and I am completely surprised they are still operating. I feel so sorry for the receptionists as they seem to be bombarded with complaints each and every day and all responsible parties hide and do nothing to rectify any problems!
