I would like lodge a serious complaint about the SA Post Office, I'm livid as I write this! I understand fully that I cannot get my Unisa Study Material as the Post Office is on strike. However what is utterly frustrating is receiving an SMS from them saying that my material is ready for collection and that is has been for sometime, giving me a deadline to collect as well with no apology, only to get there and I have no parcel. So I drive for 35kms from Centurion to Gezina during my lunch for nothing!!! I want my material to my work address and compensation for the kilometres on my car milage that I used for nothing, felt like a complete fool there and didnt know how to explain this to my boss!!!
