I had prescription medication shipped from India in December. It arrived in SA on the 20th December.
The local tracking number RI268443435ZA say "In-transit" dated 07/01/2013. As of today 15/02/2013 it still says the same. I have emailed customer support and have been given 2 phone numbers to follow up with Port Health. One never gets answered and the other according to telkom does not exist. I have also been told to phone Mary Pieterse on 011 961 6084. I have tried this twice. Once just rings. Second time put on hold, gave up after 30 minutes. Do not know what else to do.
