IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT OUR WORK, ADSL LINE WAS FAULTY ON MONDAY THE 11TH OF FEBRUARY 2013! THIS WAS REPORTED TO SAPO AT /- 10H00! FOR THE FIRST TIME ON THAT DAY. SINCE THEN "HUNDREDS" OF CALLS WERE MADE TO 10217 AND 10210 TO REPORT THE FAULT AND TO GET PROGRESS REPORTS! THE ONLY ANSWER YOU GET IS "IT WAS PASSED ON TO THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT".! THIS WAS NOW DAY 4 SINCE IT WAS REPORTED - WITH STILL NO RESULTS ON FIXING THE PROBLEM!!! WE ARE LOSING BUSINESS AND CAN DO NO INTERNET BANKING BECAUSE OF THIS POOR SERVICE FROM SAPO! I MEAN, SOUTH AFRICA'S MAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK WHO CANNOT FIX A BUSINESS ADSL LINE AFTER 4 DAYS??? WHAT DO ONE EXPECT FROM THE REST???
