Craig Glen of Centurion Pool and spa requested that I pay him in full to repair my pool in order for him to pay for the special part that he had to purchase. This was at the end of November 2012. He was at my premises several times but always had an excuse as to why he could not complete the job.
I have requested him numerous times to refund me so I can get somebody else to do the job. The last message I sent to him was on 31 January 2013. Since then his mobile phone is on voicemail and there are no alternative numbers on the website.
I used to speak to somebody called Jarred before I started dealing with Craig, but I used the same mobile number.
It seems like I am not the only person who had this experience with him. I would like to know if there is anybody who has an alternative number for him or a physical address.
