Refusal of transfer Card

Hi,

I have a complaint with Curro Rangview. I went there to collect the transfer card on the 13th of January, 2025. To my surprise, I was told that I needed to pay for the next three months for them to give me my child's transfer card, and they also issued me the January statement.
