The reason i booked Events by design to do the decor for my engagement was due to the pictures on their website. The pictures were stunning. I immediately got in contact with Kavesh and booked him for my function on the 16/06/13. During the planning process I hardly got feedback from Kavesh. He never replied to my emails regarding colours and decor ideas. Only the day before my function when I called him did we finalize the colour scheme. Kavesh said the draping for my function will be done on the 15/06/13 at 4pm. His staff showed up to put up the draping unsupervised at 6pm and could not do much as it was dark and they did not bring lighting. They said they will come back the day of my function at 6am and complete it. They showed up again unsupervised at 8am and only completed it at 12pm. They then wanted to leave a chandelier for us to use with 2 burn't out globes. We had to force them to replace it before my function. Their draping was torn, stained, creased and not done properly. The chandelier was nothing like the one in the picture, it was dusty and tacky. The fairy lights were joined with black insulation tape and this was done in visible portions of the rope.
