Been almost a month they cant give me answers on my Inspire Account that is in a Minus

An account that is in a minus now no one can give answers but ones an account goes in arrears they phone you everday but once they owe you they just tell you they need to speek to this person and then that person but it never getst solved I have been waiting on a answer for almost n month now please assist me.
