Didi or Tidi
No delivery on delivery date

Good morning
I am not happy with the service I am getting. My order 106104306 was supposed to be delivered yesterday 2 December. I phoned 3 times this morning to the ONLY number that is available on your website. Spoke to Didi twice which would have phoned me back - after 45 minutes I phone again and now she is busy and cannot talk to me. The receptionist or telephonist kept me on hold for more than 8 minutes wherefrom I killed the call and tried phoning again - with NO ANSWER!!!!!
I am NOT happy with this service at all and I cannot even believe that this is the way Netflorist will treat customers - and REGULAR customers.
I sent an email AND tried speaking to agent on chat. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE I am sorry! I have PAID for my delivery and then this is the way you get treated - very unprofessional.
