I am disgusted and totally disappointed with the quality of the product. Myself and my boyfriend has on numerous occasions burned ourselves and each other when we ash. The coal falls off or shoots... Besides that, I pay R33 per pack for 20 cigarettes, but in actual fact, I only get maybe three quarters of the cigarette, as the tobacco is mostly left behind in my box and not in the cigarette. Very disappointed.
