It is in connection with outstanding payment which was due on 05/02/2014
I want to make a follow up on outstanding payment which is due to me and I am very frustrated about this delays which started on the 1st day of trade which was November 2013, This trade was postponed several times and people were given very poor communication. After waiting for the whole two months of delay still we are experiencing another incompetent and very bad service form your call centre.
Can someone take responsibility and do what he/she is paid for. We are talking about money here not stones. I have already traded all my shares which was 9 days ago and confirmation was send to but I am still waiting as If I am waiting for to come back to earth.
