I am very shocked and disgusted in the Russell Hobbs brand. I moved into a new house last year and decided to buy all my kitchen equipment from Russell Hobbs because of the stunning design an the wide rang of items that are available but it's been 9 months an the only thing still working in my kitchen is the kettle, my microwave doesn't work an cannot be fixed, my toaster take 10 mins to toast bread and i bought the salt n pepper grinder only the one works an the last straw was when my mother bought me a mixer and out of the box I plugged it in... An it didn't work, I sent it back to the factory and they told me it cannot be fixed! I cannot believe that the factory that makes the product cannot fix their own products. The mixer was really the last straw, I mean it was brand new, out of the box. An I trusted the name because the product are not cheap. All my money wasted. I would really appreciate some feedback because I have lost a lot of money.
