My under warranty i20 was at the dealer 2Jan they ordered my part 6 jan, which i had to confirm 2wks later as they NEVER tend to call a client. on 27Jan being quite fed up i tried phoning Annemarie to find out when my Cluster will arrive to my surprise the switch board tells me that she NEVER picks up her phone, i had to speak to somebody else to ask them to ask her to pick up the phone, as SHE is the ONLY person in the whole of Hyundai that CAN help me. i asked for her email which was missed spelled by an incompetent employee who is not capable of assisting clients, i then asked to speak to the service department HEAD. just to find out Jacques is also not capable in assisting me. Since then i have yet had hyundai pick up a phone or write and email and REPORT TO ME a CLIENT on what the case is. Also i have not yet been able to get ahold of Annemarie since two weeks ago. How safe is it to take your car to a dealer employing 100's of people that CANNOT ASSIST YOU.??? ONLY ONE PERSON IN THE WHOLE DEALERSHIP. I mean i hope my car is fixed before she quits or something... PATHETIC and yet i am STILL waiting
