I was contacted and told my goods would be delivered on Tuesday, I emailed and said please don't as I won't be there - please deliver on Wednesday 5 Feb. I was confirmed in writing that the goods would be delivered today 5 Feb, and hence I moved and was unable to attend all my meetings in Centurion and Midrand waiting for this delivery, and now I am notified it is not being delivered today. I was told I am supposed to wait for the email about the despatch? And then what, am I supposed to rush to the office from wherever to get there in time for the delivery. I had the date confirmed in writing. This is not acceptable. Really poor service.
