Eskom has been extremely unhelpful in dealing with the dispute. Logged repeatedly in "customer care" centers, online and telephonically each time no technician arrives but they insist that one did and that everything is fine. No additional devices or appliances where added but before and after the storms my bill was R500. Now they are taking proceedings against me. Seems I will be forced to pay for supply not received and I have no recourse. Each time I was prepared to pay for a meter test but not once did one happen. I only get treated like a and told to pay.
