May I request that you dispatch someone to assess all my meat in that fridge as I had mentioned that the fridge was switched off as our nanny was cleaning it then in the morning when we switched it ON you guys come and switched my lights OFF without reading my initial clear email stating when should lights be switched OFF
I have a 2yr old daughter and a 10yr old daughter that went to school with a shirt that wasn't ironed worse I spent R200 worth of take away food on top of that who has to replace my meat as I left it for you to see in that bean again my daughter didn't have milk the entire day and night even this morning.
I wasted my airtime calling your 24hour number but the guy couldn't assist me so I really need someone to update me otherwise I am taking this matter further with my legal representative if no one is willing to compensate me for your unprofessionalism as I did nothing but informed you well on time when to cut my services and even paid my bill on time as always but now this??? I don't have money to spend on behalf of someone's mistake!
