I have left south africa to work overseas in 2003. I let my property as a furnished apartment to Mr Barry Janse van Vuuren. The tv was broken during this time and he replaced it with his own TV. I never replaced the Tv. He passed away in 2011. The person who now rents the house has her own tv and lisence. I reside in Port Moresby in Papua New Guinea.

When SABC mobile unit was at Somerset Mall in 2013' my tennant Ms. meyer went there and completed the forms and the agent promised that she will sort it out. I request assistance with this matter as there is no way i can resolve this without taking extreme measures.
