Ive had a business vehicle break down in Jhb on Thursday 28.01.2014. The vehicle was towed to Hyundai Glen at 1 o clock but only reached the branch at 4pm for whatever reason. The problem was diagnosed only on the following day but the part was unavailable but was ordered and due to be installed on monday 27.01.2014. The part vwas never received and up until now there has been no communication. A complaint was logged with Head office customer service on 27.01.2014 and I was told that they would get back to me. Its been almost 24 hours and yet no response despite my numerous calls. Apparently the consultant has been out and will return my call. In the mean time my driver is stranded in JHb all at my cost.
Absolutely frustrating!!
