I bought my Toyota Yaris from Honda Midrad which I paid for in December 2013 and collected 2 January 2014. When I got home I realized the car papers was still in Honda's name - they did not do the change of ownership. When I phoned Johnathan advised it was his mistake. I have followed up many times phoning and mailing after him and he promised to deliver the correct docs to me at my door. I once again followed up this week - Johnathan had left and they told me the papers are ready I can pick it up - I told them to deliver it to me as was promised (some with a few other things that was promised which I didn't get/courtesy car while repairing mine was stuck with no car for 5 days, full tank of petrol received quarter tank, touch-up on all marks on the car - driver side has not been done). Johnathan failed to produce all documents that had to be signed he drove to me one day and I was signing it in the middle of the street. - I refuse to pick it up from them - I followed up again late afternoon yesterday - I was told they do not have a driver. My temporarily license expires 2/2 - its now almost a month. Don't promise what you cant deliver - its not fair to the customer!!!
