Dykes Van Heerden Inc was the conveyancing attorney`s re. handling the transfer and registration of the bond of my property. No updates or feedback re. the process/progress was recvd from them up until the registration. I requested settlement statements of the bond from Estelle and was never given this in the 4 months up until 3 Dec. Statements from the Bank, Attorneys and Body corporate did not add up or match what they claimed to have paid. My biggest problem with this situation is that I have asked Dykes Van Heerden for clarity on what was paid and who was paid and why certain amounts so that I can have an understanding of why the statements are all different and instead of them trying to assist me with understanding, they send through letters stating that I have made false and defamatory statements and they would take me up for that (all statements made by myself is on emails, no false statements). I want this issue to be resolved with urgency. The director of Dykes Van Heerden, was informed of this on the 5th Dec and to date not even an appointment has been set to sit down and resolve our issues.
