Previous BAD experiences with taking in my Ford Figo into OTHER dealerships, I thought I will try my luck at Basil Green Ford and Mazda. I dealt with Cathlene Wilmans and she was quick and friendly. Booking in my car for the recall campaign was a breeze and she also phoned as soon as they were done with my car. Was also as clean as can be inside and out. Another lady just followed up a week after my car went in just to make sure everything is okay.
Well done to the whole team at Basil Green! This will be the place I will take in my car in future.
