I made use of RAM Friday and they delivered 2 Packages for us.
The Problem is that they swapped the gifts. We had personalised the gifts for each client so when they opened it they knew it wasn't for them.
The problem was reported at 13H30 and the gifts were retrieved (can you imagine taking gifts away from people after just handing it to them). But then not delivered before close of business.
Using this service has turned a kind gesture into an embarrassing event damaging rapport we had long built with these clients.
I understand that it will be resolved today but I can't help but feel that it's is too little too late.
