Vehicle went in for a faulty gearbox on monday, 13 January 2014, while under warranty. Nissan constantly unable to report what exactly went wrong and when the vehicle will be repaired. Insurance advised me to ask for a curtosy car seeing that it is a warranty issue, Nissans reply is that there is none and can't help. Now been 4days without a vehicle conflicting with my career, no exact time for finished work, this is totally unnaccaptable. Pathetic customer service. I have yet to receive a phone call detailing the problem or cause, or when I can possibly expect my vehicle back. I am the one constantly having to phone to find out when I can expect feedback!
