21 Jan: I book my car for service, and pay R3000. 28 Jan: the engine over-heats and stops working. I took it back to them, and they said it's not their fault. To fix the car, they demand R19500. I tell them I can't afford that much so I will fetch it and take it to a cheaper option. They then demand R3000 for the diagnosis, else I'm not getting my car back. In total I have given them R6000 to mess up my car and give it back to me in pieces. The mechanic who fixed it charged me only R2500 for labour and now I'm driving happly. Worst service by far!
