This particular dealership offered me shocking service:
1. On Sunday (12/01/2014) I went online to book a service for my car.By Wednesday, I called the dealership to book a service.
2. When I went to fetch my car, on my way home, I noticed that the chips had not been fixed. I called M2 City and asked to speak to "Jerome" - my service consultant. After 10mins on hold, I was told that he is busy and was told he would call me back. I informed the woman what I was calling about. Needless to say, I am still waiting for the call.
3. When I took my car in, the left front light wasn't working. So when I fetched it, I checked. The light still wasn't working. I questioned whether they had done a full electrical check on my car, which was met with arrogance and rudeness.
4. The following day, I wanted to use the windscreen wipers. The nozzle of the sprayer on the driver's side is clogged. This left the windscreen in a mess. I was charged to replace the wipers as well as the fluid for the windscreen. Didn't they check that everything is actually in working order?
Full of pride, Mercedes-Benz declares on their website: "Genuine Service Delivering The Highest Quality." - WHAT A JOKE!
