I have three weeks now trying to call HR and requesting the salaryslips for my fiance because the currect salaryslip that they get are not clear enough if you have to make a copy nor scan them, the HR Payroll Administrator Precious, Busi Mthombeni's manager failed to fullfill the promise and instead she responded with attitude and later they tells me that they are underpressure and they are also a short staff. If you are applying for a house do you think the developers will wait for you 3 weeks so that you can submit your salaryslip. DHL please see Precious about such misbehaviour. She didn't even ask me anything all she told me is that I'm busy I might be able to assist you maybe next week currently I'm busy. That's undermining people and I think a professional HR person will be able to prioritise and plan their day and also be able to deal with stress if we HR practitioners have done same psychology in our studies. I feel humiliated by Precious and DHL is a big company, I'm shocked when they say HR is a short staff.
